"We recently required additional space and given the current market conditions we couldn’t commit to a long term green field option.  Hence we extended our existing building. Julie and Stephen worked hard to find a solution that worked for us and the result was far better than we expected. Being able to combine the management and development of our site greatly simplified the process. Having national responsibility and flying in and out of Perth often made working with Julie and the Hero team more demanding. Julie was very flexible and always made herself available to meet and progress every aspect of the negotiations from concept through to completion. I am looking forward to our next move and working on a new green field site down the track. I wish more owners lived up to Hero Properties high standards."
