In conjunction with  the groups builder Mecon Construction, Hero Properties have recently completed a $5m refurbishment and asset repositioning program at their Stott Road portfolio in Welshpool. In keeping with the groups mandate to always meet and address their client’s needs, Hero redeveloped three existing industrial facilities for now long term tenants Minprovise, AMR and ProRubber. The transformation of the existing facilities now offers Hero Properties’ valued clients high quality office, workshop and hardstand accommodation in one of Perth’s core eastern industrial sub markets.
